3 GOLDEN RULES:
Hey peeps, today's blog is all about achieving. In this blog i am going to give you tips which u can apply in your life, change your bad habits that have been stopping you all this time.
These below steps will help you overcome your obstacles:
1) CONFIDENCE:
So let me start by the defination, it is to have belief or faith. For example, if you say you have faith in god that means you believe that whatever he is going to do will be the best for you. If we put it in a different way, you can also say that you have confidence in god. The very same way you need to have faith and confidence in yourself to get all your work done, that's all it takes..."FAITH".
Now some people lack it because of negative thoughts. To block this negative thoughts all you have to do is stop thinking. Yes u read it right.
Now you must be thinking that it doesn't make any sense, well it does. Lets talk about it on our next step.
2) CANCEL OUT NEGATIVITY:
As I said in the above step to stop negativity you just need to simply stop thinking. Focus on my words I am asking you to stop thinking but not to stop having thoughts.
Thought is an idea that comes to your mind. Ideas can come from anywhere, by watching something or by universe (most of the time). We have intuition and that's never wrong. We should never underestimate our intuition as it comes directly from the universe and universe is never wrong. Lets focus on what I said in the beginning of this step i.e stop thinking. Example will make it easier: now u have a thought of being an actor, it's just a thought but when you start thinking on it which is "how am i supposed to be an actor?", "where should I go for the audition?", " will my family allow for it?", " will i be successfull in it?" etc. You must have got my point. So this all thoughts create negativity in your mind and you drop the thought of being an actor. If you have a thought then go for it don't worry about "how", universe will show you the way.
3) AWARENESS:
By awareness it means to be aware in your mind. For example, you are sitting in an office so you should be aware that you are sitting in your office. By this your mind will be alert and aware of situations and you'll be living in reality more than in a "fictional dreamland" world.
